In 2024, IFMA Philadelphia is introducing the Project of the Year Awards – Facility/Building projects that showcase excellence and innovation in any of the 11 FMP/CFM core competency topics such as:

•Real Estate – space management, construction management, major project
•Risk management – understand the vulnerabilities of the organization’s structures and infrastructure
•Sustainability – efficient resource management with a long-term focus
•Facility Info Management & Tech Management – leveraging modern tools & techniques for today’s workplaces
•Any of the 11 FMP/CFM Core Competencies

To have your project considered, please complete the form and be sure to include the project goals and challenges of how you were able to overcome them to deliver. Tell us how the project is innovative and why we should want to see more like it, a description of the project (300 word max), the project team, their roles, major product suppliers and high-resolution photos. Winners will be announced at the May Awards event at Live! Casino on May 14, 2024.
Projects should have been completed within the last 2-3 years and with your current company.

IFMA Philly held its Annual Golf Outing on Wednesday, September 6th at Ron Jaworski’s Running Deer Golf Club in Pittsgrove, NJ. The outing was followed by a social including a raffle and silent auction with many great donated prizes. Valcourt Building Services finished first as Best Foursome with Graybar coming in second place. Longest Drive winners were Sean Lee and Kathryn Covolus.

The chapter will make a donation to Family Support Line in Media, PA who is our charitable partner this year. Between golfers, sponsors and volunteers, we had over 150 attendees.
