Why Join?

IFMA is considered to be the premier organization for education and information for facilities professionals with nearly 25,000 members worldwide. The Greater Philadelphia Chapter of IFMA has approximately 300 members from Philadelphia, its surrounding suburbs and South Jersey, including facilities professionals that represent dozens of companies within the region. Come grow with us.

How To Join

To join the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of IFMA, you must first join IFMA National by selecting a membership category and then adding a Chapter Membership from the Alphabetical list of Chapters (under “G” for “Greater”).

Please note membership for both National and Chapter is handled by the National office.

Benefits of Membership

Networking

  • Chapter meetings and events provide an avenue to meet and share information with other facility managers. It’s a great way to share ideas, sources, and best practices or make contacts for the future. You can also connect with local professional product and service providers who can help with your business needs.

Education

  • Facility tours, educational programs, CFM prep courses, round table discussions, an interactive website, informative articles and publications are all available to Chapter members.

Communication

  • As a Chapter member you will receive our InSite newsletter, and program announcements for our events. You will have access to our website that provides networking and additional information and resources as well as access to IFMA National's Member Directory.

Reduced Fees

  • Chapter members receive substantially reduced fees for events.

Community

  • Through our annual Golf Outing and holiday gala and fund raiser, the Chapter has supported charities and created scholarships for students in the Philadelphia region.

Leadership

  • The Chapter provides opportunities for members to develop their leadership skills as well as contribute in such areas as program planning, member recruitment, fundraising, and more.
