Emma is a Human Resources professional with a masters in Employment and Labor Relations. She has worked in many fast-paced environments and has the ability to handle large business development projects while juggling employee relations issues and administrative duties. She has a high focus and interest on culture and the employee experience during an employment life cycle and building those up around her.
