Network with members from both IFMA Philadelphia & CREW Philadelphia. Tour of the History of the building and the state of the building systems leading up to the expansion project.  What the project replaced/upgraded, future projects which will come later in the master plan. Tour through some of the mechanical and electrical rooms, and finish on the ‘pretty’ side of the walls to see the galleries and public spaces served by all our new infrastructure. Tickets will include presentation/tour of the facility and networking breakfast.
