This discussion will answer your most common questions, including how to determine if you can remediate yourself, how to remediate it properly and safely, and when to bring in professional help. Attendees will leave this session with actionable knowledge on:

• What mold is – the most common species, what it needs to grow, and how it can impact the health of the building and tenants;
• The steps and processes of mold remediation – including source repair & containment processes, specialty equipment used, required PPE, proper disposal of contaminated items, and more;
• Preventative tips to avoid mold growth on your property
